No. 1 — Getting Started

First light.

→See your local weather. Allow location access when prompted, and the app shows conditions exactly where you are.
→Check another place. Tap the location name at the top and search for any city on Earth.
→Turn on rain alerts. Tap the bell icon. When rain approaches, you'll get a notification about 30 minutes ahead.
→Change the background. Tap “Background” at the bottom to follow the weather automatically — or pick a look you like.

No. 2 — On Rain Alerts

How the warning works.

Alerts are delivered as local notifications scheduled on your device, so they arrive even when the app is closed. If rain is expected within the next twelve hours, Umbrella Weather quietly sets a single heads-up to reach you before the first drops.

No. 3 — Troubleshooting

When the glass needs a tap.

✕Weather won't load. Check your internet connection, then press the refresh icon at the top right.
✕No rain alerts arriving. Confirm notifications are enabled in Settings › Umbrella Weather › Notifications, and that the bell in the app is on.
✕Wrong location. Enable location in Settings › Umbrella Weather › Location, or search your city by hand.
✕Background alerts feel stale. Switch on Settings › General › Background App Refresh for Umbrella Weather.
